It Started With Two Friends and a Vision
In 2021, David Klick and his friend Chad Osbourne started The Men’s Collective as a small local group in Kansas City.
Their goal was simple: to give men a space to breathe, speak truth, and build real strength from the inside out.
Chad’s sudden passing in 2023 left a deep void, but his vision didn’t end there. The Collective continues in his honor, grounded in the same principles that built it:
truth, accountability, presence, and purpose.
This isn’t a club.
It’s a commitment to live with integrity, to stand shoulder-to-shoulder, and to walk the path together.
The Next Chapter
The Men’s Collective KC is no longer just a local group. It’s a living movement.
Through online coaching, in-person gatherings, and a growing WhatsApp community, the mission remains clear:
